Data Privacy Agreement
How AMM Yang Chow Food Express collects and protects your information, in line with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173).
When you join, we collect your name, birthday, city address, phone number, email, and home branch. As you use your card, we record your stars, rewards, and visit history.
We use your information to run your membership: to issue your card, track your stars and rewards, apply your birthday and mug benefits, and send you service messages such as your welcome note and sign in links.
Your data is stored in a secured database. Access is limited to authorized Yang Chow staff and admins who need it to serve you. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for advertising.
We keep your information for as long as you are a member. You may ask us to close your membership and remove your details at any time.
Under the Data Privacy Act, you have the right to be informed, to access your data, to correct it, to object to its use, and to ask for its deletion. To make a request, contact us at privacy@ammyangchow.com or speak with any branch.
By creating a card, you agree to this Data Privacy Agreement and allow Yang Chow to process your information for the purposes described here.
